Singing can provide an invaluable support for carers of those with health conditions. From carer choirs to carers who sing alongside those in their care, we'll hear about:
- Inspiring work in this field,
- Insights into practice
- Funding and partnerships
- Research and evaluation
Panel includes:
- Sarah Summers (chair), choir leader and Vocal Health First Aider, leader of Swindon Carer's Choir and Great Western Harmony NHS Choir
- Paul Rothwell, Tenovus Cancer Care's Sing with Us lead for their network of 19 choirs for people who have been affected by cancer
- Victoria Hodges, singer, personal performance coach and choir leader, including choirs for people affected by cancer and their families
- William Pickering, conductor of The Carers Choir for Unpaid Carers Support, Southampton
