I am a Music for Well-being Practitioner and Certified Sound Therapist based in Cornwall. I am also a Trauma and Mental Health Informed Practitioner. I have been supporting a Singing for Health programme in Cornwall (in partnership with St. Austell Health Care Social Prescribing team) for more than 5 years as an assistant facilitator, accompanist and sound therapist. I also work with Cornwall Music Education Hub teaching First Access Taiko drumming in schools and deliver one to one Music for Well-being activities for Cymaz Music.
