About the event

The second in our series of Tuesday lunchtime sessions exploring the bigger picture of Singing for Health. Initial thoughts from our guest speakers, then it's over to you to open up the discussion.

Can the health and wellbeing benefits of group singing be measured?

Should the question be "can we measure it?" or "can we understand it?" This conversation confronts a fundamental paradox: the things that matter most often resist measurement, yet without evidence, we can't secure funding or recognition.

What gets lost when we only count what's countable? And what happens to the field if we can't prove impact in the language funders understand?
